Miscianello is comprised of small farm house, 7 km. from Siena, polling between the vineyards of the "Chianti Classico". The apartments offer a familiar and warm atmosphere with the fireplace, the old farm-furniture and the small open private garden with view of landscape. Beyond the inviting enjoyment of a panoramic swimming pool, the guest have the possibility to taste, in the historical wine-cooler, the oil and the wine, the two products of excellence of the house.

Eco-tourism was and is one agricultural Firm that has an agriculture acticity (in our case we produce oil and wine), that having cessation, real estate has allotted to received guest. Inizially the apartments were endowment of indispensable services for a monthly or weeky "sojourn" ; at presente they are more modern than before. The tourists come to us to escape the town-chaos, to be in contact with the nature, to rearrange the pleasure to watch the stars, listen to uproar of silence, the sound of animals and observing them in their own habitat or read a book sitting under a tree....
Aniway it would be like to go back in time gone by, to search for the lost tranquillity, to relish a genuine product done as it was once, because they change products every season and are different. Our eco-tourist is a pioneer ; it started in 1989. It was andi t is so . Then started to arrive sly people that transformed the agriculturist in business place. Infact there is a restaurant, an hotel, tourist-village, holidays houses where it is always noisy and confusion; it is high sound of modern music , horses, food lecture school, sauna, spa, and so is full of people that don't realize that they get more tired and it is non relaxion. Look at the number of children who crowd together and when with the parents they are around the table. Eating...the stress is worse than the townlife !!! Our residence has kitchen-sitting room, fireplace, 2 bed rooms, bath room and private garden (with table and chairs), able to eat "al fresco" and far from inquisitive eyes!!
The privacy is taken "seriously and very protected", so is the silence. The pollution (atmospheric, acoustic, visibility) is outlawed.

NEWS FROM MISCIANELLO:
Vintage
- On 27 September we will begin harvesting white grapes, starting with the VIN SUDDEN
- We will continue with the selection of grapes for Canaiolo RESERVE MISCIANELLO and the selection of the Sangiovese for the reserve and for the "FABER".
- Then harvest grapes to produce the Chianti Classico "MISCIANELLO"
- Finally, the grapes to produce the "ROBIN" which is the mixture of grapes Chiantigiane (sangiovese, canaiolo, Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano), which from mid-nineteenth century until 2006 was the structure of the Chianti Classico, what made Chianti famous in the world .
Olive Harvest
- Weather permitting, the olive harvest begins in early December, the exact date will depend on the ripeness of the fruit. Friends and customers who are interested can inquire of the Company or by telephone or mail.

Our fattoria produces on an area of 47 ha biological vine and olive oil and offers to the guests the following activities (on request):
- Hunting:
to hunt the animals in their natural environment;
- Tours of the fattoria;
- Horseriding (Km 10);
- Tennis (Km 7)
Our products are wine DOCG, Chianti Classico and Val d'Arbia, dessert wine, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, and vegetables.
